About to PACESD 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Public Art, Cultural Exchange, and Social Development (PACESD 2026) is about to be held in Wuhan, a hub in central China and a renowned historical and cultural city. This conference aims to bring together global art scholars, cultural research experts, urban planners, and sociologists to jointly explore innovative expressions of public art, the deep mechanisms of cross-cultural exchange, and their driving effects on social development. Wuhan, the "City of Design" that combines the spirit of the rivers and lakes with modern vitality, provides a highly representative context for discussion with its rich historical heritage and open and inclusive urban temperament. The conference will focus on core topics such as artistic intervention in public spaces, inheritance and innovation of cultural heritage, application of digital technology in cultural dissemination, urban brand building, and art empowering community development. Through keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, case sharing, and field visits, participants will engage in in-depth exchanges of cutting-edge ideas and explore new paths for the integration of art and society. PACESD 2026 is committed to building a high-level international dialogue platform to promote the sharing and cooperation of cultural and artistic resources worldwide. All full paper submissions to the PACESD 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PACESD 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icpacesd@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
