About to PACESD 2025
The International Conference on Public Art, Cultural Exchange, and Social Development in 2025 will be held in Guangzhou, China this year, bringing together artists, cultural scholars, and social researchers from around the world to explore the role of public art in promoting cultural exchange and social progress. The conference focuses on topics such as urban public art creation, cross-cultural dialogue, empowering community development with art, and cultural dissemination in digital media. The emphasis is on how art can enhance social inclusiveness, promote sustainable development, and improve urban cultural quality. The conference will hold themed reports, seminars, workshops, and art exhibitions to promote the deep integration of theory and practice. As an open and inclusive international city, Guangzhou combines cultural heritage with innovative vitality, providing a good atmosphere for conferences. We sincerely invite universities, art institutions, and people from all walks of life to actively submit articles and participate in the conference, discuss new paths for the coordinated development of art and society, and promote cultural integration and social progress.

All full paper submissions to the PACESD 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PACESD 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icpacesd@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
